Yum Woon Sen
 

Ingredients


- Chicken breast mince 50 gram
- Prawn 3-4 prawns
- Calamari (skin-off, cut in pieces) 4 piece
- Chicken stock or water 1-2 cup
- Mint leaves 5-7 leaves
- Chopped coriander
- Sliced red onion
- Soya chilli paste 2 table spoons
- Lemon or lime juice 3 table spoons
- Fish sauce 2 table spoons
- Chopped chilli (to taste)
- Bean thread or bean vermicelli 100 gram

 

Cooking steps


1. Leave bean vermicelli in warm water for 20 mins or until soft
2. Boil water or chicken stock; put prepared chicken mince when water is boiled. When the mince is well-cooked, add prawns and calamari in and stir until everything is cooked evenly. Rinse
3. Cook bean vermicelli in boiled chicken stock. Rinse
4. Mix all ingredients together and serve on fresh salad leaves

 

Note: Amount of chilli, lemon juice and fish sauce can be changed depend your liking
